Speakers may:

 a.     Yield to the Chair Sit Down  
    b.     Yield to Another Country Sit Down  
    c.      Yield to Questions from Floor  Answer Questions  
    d.      No Yield comments may be made from the floor,    but MUST be related to the speech  
 

Speakers may NOT:

 a.     Mention or discuss a working paper or resolution which has not been introduced by the Chair    
    b.     insult or make demeaning remarks about another delegate -if this happens the delegate who has been insulted may request a right of reply at the discretion of the Chair Right of Reply

VIII. Working Papers a.     may be done at any time following Establishment of the Speakers’ List at the Discretion of the Chair
    b.     the Chair may require a specific number of signatures for this purpose.
    c.     Working Papers must be related to the Topic being discussed
    d.     Working Papers do not have to be in Resolution Format
    e.     Working papers are DISTRIBUTED; They are NOT  Formally Introduced and cannot be Amended
IX. Resolutions a.     May be done at any time following Establishment of the Speakers’ List if the Resolution has the requisite number of signatures and approval of the Chair.
    b.     Resolutions must be related to the Topic being discussed
    c.     Resolutions must be in Resolution Format
    d.     Resolutions may NOT be Discussed until Formally Introduced
    e.     Signing a Resolution DOES NOT MEAN SUPPORT for that Resolution, merely support for DISCUSSION of the Resolution
X.  Amendments a.     May be done at any time following Introduction of a Resolution  if the Amendment has the requisite number of signatures and approval of the Chair.
