Biographies

Heidi Bressler
Heidi is 30 and lives in Philadelphia. She has a Master's degree in Criminology from American University and formerly worked at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. She is currently employed as a Senior Account Executive at Qwest Communications. According to her biography on NBC.com, Heidi defines success as "being happy and satisfied professionally and personally."

Katrina Campins
Katrina, 24, is from Coral Gables, Florida. Since the age of 18 she has been a licensed Florida real estate agent. With clients that include business executives, sports figures, diplomats and celebrities, Katrina is ranked in the top three percent of all realtors nationwide, according to her NBC bio.

Jessie Conners
Jessie is 21 and has been a business owner since age 17. She lives in New Richmond, Wisconsin, but was born in Minnesota. She lived on a farm in Wisconsin with no running water or electricity and then in an orphanage in Monterrey, Mexico. She's clearly come a long way and now runs chiropractic clinics. Jessie is also a realtor in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Kristi Frank
Kristi worked as a blackjack dealer while earning her degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California. Now this 30 year old, who lives in Bel Air, California, invests in real estate. She is also a partner and co-owner of Juliano's RAW, a restaurant in Santa Monica. In her NBC bio Kristi says that "success comes from having a passion for what you do and continually improving and learning those lessons that deepen that determination to your goals."

Amelia (Amy) Henry
Amy describes herself as "a ruthless business woman with a Southern sense of charm," according to her biography on NBC.com. This native Texan grew up in Arlington and now lives in Austin. She is 30 years old, graduated from Texas A&M University, and received her MBA from Texas Christian University. She was at the top of her class. Among those she admires are Donald Trump and Martha Stewart.

Tammy Lee
Tammy, 36, is a stock broker from Seattle. She has a degree in Economics from the University of Washington. She worked in Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group for nine years. When she left in 2002, she was a vice president.

Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth
Currently working as a political consultant, 29 year old Omarosa was a political appointee in the Clinton and Gore White House. She currently lives in Washington, DC but grew up in a Youngstown, Ohio housing project. She graduated from Central State University, earned a Master's degree from Howard University, and is now working on her Ph.D.

Ereka Vetrini
Ereka is 27 and a native New Yorker. She grew up working in her family's pizzeria. After graduating with honors from Boston University, she worked as an Internal Operations Consultant for Estee Lauder. Her most recent position was Global Promotional Marketing Manager for Clinique. She managed all promotional programs worldwide.

Jason Curtis
Jason is 24 and from Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State with a BA in Advertising. Jason is the President and founder of his own real estate company - JMG Management, LLC. According to Jason's NBC bio "...success is balancing being happy in your personal life (family life, raising a family, marrying your soul mate) and being happy and secure in your profession."

David Gould
David is 31, from New York City (a hometown advantage?) and according to his NBC bio - will outsmart the competition. Given that David has earned two advanced degrees (MD and MBA) he may be able to do just that. David works as a venture capitalist in the healthcare sector, raising money to invest in biotechnology and medical device companies.

Bowie Hogg
Bowie is quoted as saying that "The Texas way of doin' things is doing 'em better them everyone else. The Texas way is the right way." I'm sure we'll find out if that holds true in New York. Bowie, 25 and from Dallas, graduated from Texas A&M and worked as an account executive for FedEx.

Kwame Jackson
Despite the fact that he has a MBA from Harvard, Kwame's NBC bio says that "I think street-smarts are more important than book-smarts but luckily I have both." He's 29, was born in Washington, D.C. and resides in New York City. Kwame has worked in sales and marketing for Proctor and Gamble and recently worked on Wall Street as an Investment Manager for investment firm Goldman Sachs.

Troy McClain
Troy, 32, was born in Anchorage, Alaska and lives in Boise, Idaho. According to his NBC bio, he's not impressed with anyone's college degrees - street smarts are what's important. Troy works as a mortgage lender and is growing an insurance business.

Bill Rancic
Bill, 32, hails from Chicago, IL and runs a multi-million dollar business, cigarsaroundtheworld.com. Bill's bio defines success as "If I can lead a happy life, touch the lives of others in a positive way, win the respect of those that I care about … and make a few million along the way then I have been successful."

Sam Solovey
Sam who is 27 and from Chevy Chase, Maryland says "They're all going to be working for me when this is over." We'll see if he's right! After graduating from Colgate University, located in upstate New York, Sam cofounded and manages sales and business development for internet media company Potomac Tech Wire.

Nick Warnock
Nick is from Los Angeles and twenty-seven years old. He graduated from The University of San Diego. During summers off from school he ran Nick's Italian Ice. Nick currently leads a sales team for Xerox in Los Angeles.
